REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

In order to be able to access the selection, each participant must necessarily pay a contribution (see participation fee) under penalty of exclusion. The works received without payment will not be selected.

The person who undertakes the registration in his own name will necessarily have to be the writer the director or the producer of the presented work.

Registration is free theme. Films must have been completed after January 1, 2020. Debut feature film category has not time limit. Short Films must not exceed 40 minutes in length, including credits. Documentaries have no time limits.

All non-Italian language films must have English subtitles.

DEADLINES

Submissions must be sent within the 30th June 2022.

Deadline is on 30th of June 2022.

The Festival declines any responsibility for possible technical errors or delays in sending the material within the indicated deadlines.

SUBSCRIBE

The submission fee has to be paid in one of the following ways:

    • Registration of digital platforms

  • by bank transfer to the following IBAN IT72Y0538777430000002920681 of ASSOCIAZIONE ADRIATIC MOVIE, causal Registration Adriatic Film Festival (specify which section is used)

Payment forms other than those described above will not be accepted.

Each participant must keep a copy of the receipt certifying the payment and show it if requested by the festival secretary.

Under no circumstances the registration fee can be reimbursed.

The missed or late payment will make it impossible to access the selection.

The festival declines any responsibility for technical errors that lead to delayed or missed payments.

SELECTION AND AWARDS

The material sent will be subjected to a pre-selection by an expert technical jury.

 

The jury will consist of accredited professionals in the field whose names will be published online to follow.

SENDING PROCEDURE

The sending of the material is the responsibility of the participants.

PARTICIPANTS OBLIGATIONS

For works not in Italian, it is mandatory to provide a copy with subtitles in Italian or in English, under penalty of exclusion. The authors of the selected works will be contacted by the Festival office that will communicate the date on which their film will be screened.
