How we process personal data collected through the website forms and browsing, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Through the website forms (contact and accreditation) we collect name, email address, request type and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data.
Data is processed to reply to requests and manage accreditations, on the basis of the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Newsletters are sent only with separate, optional consent.
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
Data is processed by authorised festival staff and by technical providers (hosting, email) appointed as data processors. It is never sold to third parties nor transferred outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent by writing to adriaticmovie@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
The site only uses technical cookies required for its operation and to store language and theme preferences. No profiling cookies are used.
